Shipping and Returns

Each piece of jewelry is made by hand in the studio in Providence, Rhode Island. A small selection is kept in stock and ready to ship, but most work is made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for your piece to be completed. If you are working with a specific date in mind, you are always welcome to reach out — accommodations are sometimes possible.
All orders are packaged in a gold-foil branded box, ready to be given or kept.
If you experience any issues with an unworn piece, returns for store credit are accepted within two weeks of delivery. Whenever possible, complimentary repairs are offered within the first six months. Please email with a brief description of the issue and the next steps will be shared.
Once a package has been marked delivered, responsibility for the shipment can no longer be assumed. For this reason, please be sure your shipping address is reliable and consider selecting signature confirmation at checkout. If an item is lost in transit, every effort will be made to assist in locating it.
All sale items and custom orders are final sale.
